Business Development Manager
We’re a fast-scaling performance-marketing and software company operating at serious volume. We’re looking for a sharp, self-directed manager who owns outcomes — not just tasks — and makes things happen without being walked through every step. This role blends project management, client and partner outreach, and executive support: you’ll run our meetings, keep work moving, drive new-business follow-ups, and catch problems before they cost us. We want someone who thinks and improves how things are done — not someone who waits to be told.
What you’ll do
Project & Meeting Management
- Run weekly team meetings: set the agenda, document decisions, assign tasks, and follow up until they’re actually done.
- Keep our task-management system (Teamwork) current and our projects genuinely moving forward — not just updated.
- Spot blockers, gaps, and inefficiencies early — and bring solutions, not just problems.
Business Development & Client Outreach
- Own our CRM (Pipedrive): keep it accurate and use it to actually move deals forward — chase follow-ups, revive cold leads, and close loops.
- Run outreach to prospective clients and partners; follow up consistently so no opportunity goes cold.
- Be proactive in every client and partner conversation: anticipate needs, respond fast, and flag opportunities and risks early.
- Take real ownership of new-business results — your work should show up in revenue.
Operational Excellence
- Watch the numbers that matter daily — buyer bids, caps, and acceptance rates — and chase issues the same day, not weeks later.
- Take ownership of deadlines, deliverables, and priorities; nothing falls through the cracks.
- Proactively improve and streamline how we work — automate or simplify the repetitive stuff wherever you can.
- Keep teams and project owners accountable across the business.
Strategic Support
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership in execution: prioritize tasks, highlight risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Give clear, honest updates on what you’re working on and what it’s producing — substance over busywork.
- Conduct research to support decision-making (market trends, tools, client background).
- Handle miscellaneous executive / admin tasks as needed.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in project coordination, business development, or executive support.
- Strong critical thinking — you take what you’re given and make it happen, without us figuring it out for you.
- Reliability and ownership: when something is yours, it gets done — no chasing required.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with real presence in client meetings — you can run a call and represent us, not just read a script.
- A fast learner who picks up our domain quickly: lead generation and performance-marketing fundamentals (CPA, CPL, acceptance rates, caps).
- Proactive and resourceful — you notice problems in the data and act before being asked.
- Comfortable being measured on results, including the revenue you help drive.
- Hands-on with Pipedrive and Teamwork (or similar CRMs and task managers), and highly organized.
Compensation
- Performance-based bonuses for exceeding expectations and contributing to company growth.
How you’ll be measured
New-business revenue you help drive, deals moved forward, problems caught early (before they cost us), and how reliably work gets done without follow-up.
Why join us
This role is a chance to own real operational impact. You’ll be the operations backbone and business-growth driver of a fast-scaling company where your work directly moves the numbers. If you thrive on responsibility, enjoy solving problems, and like the idea of being trusted as a partner — not just a task-taker — this is the role for you.
Media Buyer
We’re a fast-scaling performance-marketing company in the home-services space, generating leads at volume through paid social and growing fast. We’re looking for a media buyer who owns acquisition end to end — someone who treats an ad account like their own P&L and pushes hard to scale profitable spend.
What you’ll do
- Full campaign lifecycle on paid social: structure, targeting, budget allocation, scaling, and kill decisions — all measured against ROAS and cost-per-lead.
- Daily performance management — reading signal fast, killing losers before they bleed, and pouring budget into winners the moment they prove out.
- A constant creative testing pipeline: hooks, formats, offers, angles.
- Ad account health and compliance risk — keeping accounts alive and scaling in a policy-sensitive environment.
- Geo-level targeting optimization tied to performance data.
- Standing up and scaling additional acquisition channels beyond our primary platform.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years buying paid media at real scale ($50k+/month), ideally in lead gen or direct-response performance marketing.
- A track record of scaling profitable spend against ROAS/CPL targets — not vanity metrics.
- Deep platform fluency and real experience keeping accounts healthy through restrictions and policy.
- A bias toward action: you test, you read data, you decide, you move.
- Bonus: multi-channel experience, lead-gen funnels, tracking/postback familiarity.
How you’ll be measured
Blended CPL, ROAS, profitable spend scaled per month, account health, and how fast new channels start contributing.
Why join us
This is not a seat-warmer role. We move fast, test relentlessly, and expect the person in this seat to bring results independently — not wait for direction.
Google Ads Manager
We’re a fast-scaling performance-marketing company in the home-services space, generating leads at volume and growing fast. We’re looking for a Google Ads specialist who owns paid search end to end — someone who treats the account like their own P&L, obsesses over cost-per-lead and lead quality, and knows the difference between cheap clicks and actual booked business. You read the search terms report before you touch a bid, you verify tracking before you trust a number, and you scale what converts.
What you’ll do
- Full campaign lifecycle on Google Search: account structure, high-intent keyword and match-type strategy, aggressive negative-keyword management, and bidding — all measured against cost-per-lead and booked appointments, not clicks or CTR.
- Verifying and maintaining conversion tracking and call tracking as job one — no bid or budget decision until the data is trusted.
- Daily performance management — reading signal fast, cutting wasted spend the same day, and pouring budget into what actually produces qualified leads.
- Knowing when (and when not) to use smart bidding like Maximize Conversions — earning enough conversion volume before handing the algorithm the wheel.
- Standing up and scaling Local Services Ads (Google Guaranteed) alongside search for home-services lead gen.
- A constant testing pipeline on ad copy, landing pages / pre-landers, offers, and geo targeting tied to performance data.
- Owning cost-per-lead and lead quality as your number, reported weekly.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience managing Google Ads for home improvement, home services, or local lead gen — not just e-commerce ROAS.
- You know real benchmarks: for a vertical like replacement windows, high-intent search runs $8–$25+ CPC and should convert in the ~10–15%+ range — a $0.80 CPC with near-zero leads reads as a red flag to you, not a win.
- Fluency in the mechanics that actually move results: search terms reports, match types, negative keywords, conversion and call tracking, and smart-bidding thresholds.
- Hands-on experience with Local Services Ads for home-services clients is a major plus.
- A bias toward action: you test, you read data, you decide, you move — and you flag wasted spend proactively instead of letting days go by.
- You’re measured on cost per booked project, not vanity metrics, and you’re comfortable being held to that.
How you’ll be measured
Cost per lead, lead quality, cost per booked appointment / project, conversion rate, and profitable spend scaled per month.
Why join us
This is not a set-it-and-forget-it seat. We move fast, we watch the numbers daily, and we expect the person in this seat to own paid search independently and bring results — not wait for direction.
Affiliate & Offer Manager
We run a powerful, high-volume paid-traffic engine — and there’s enormous untapped revenue in monetizing it harder. We need an operator who owns offer monetization end to end — running third-party advertiser and network offers against our traffic and funnels, and squeezing maximum revenue and margin out of every click.
What you’ll do
- Sourcing and vetting offers from networks and direct advertisers across our verticals and adjacent ones (home services and beyond).
- Getting offers live on our funnels and thank-you pages fast — coordinating tracking, postbacks, and setup with our engineering team.
- Running offers live: monitoring EPC, conversion, and margin daily; killing underperformers and testing replacements on a tight cadence.
- Building thank-you pages and funnels into real revenue engines, not afterthoughts.
- Owning network and advertiser relationships, payouts, and payment terms — and negotiating better and exclusive rates as volume grows.
- Managing inbound traffic partners: recruiting, onboarding, and policing traffic quality.
- Owning offer/affiliate revenue and margin as your number, reported weekly.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years in affiliate marketing, offer monetization, or media arbitrage — with a real track record of running offers profitably.
- Fluency in affiliate economics: EPC, sub-ID tracking, payout negotiation, margin, acceptance rates.
- Hands-on with affiliate tracking and offer platforms; comfortable coordinating postback and tracking setups.
- Existing network and advertiser relationships are a major plus.
- A proactive operator who chases offers, tests, and payouts without being chased.
- Bonus: home-services and financial-services verticals, thank-you-page monetization experience.
How you’ll be measured
Offer/affiliate revenue and margin, EPC lift across funnels, number of active profitable offers running, and speed from sourcing an offer to live.
Why join us
This is one of the highest-leverage seats in the company. The right person has personally run offers and made them profitable — you know the difference between managing relationships and actually making money, and you’re here to make money.
Buyer / Account Manager
We sell leads across our verticals through direct integrations and a real-time marketplace, and the demand side is a strategic priority. We need someone who owns buyer relationships and drives revenue — keeping existing buyers spending, onboarding new ones, and pushing the mix toward higher-margin direct relationships.
What you’ll do
- The full buyer pipeline: outreach, onboarding, integration coordination, and ongoing account management.
- Daily monitoring of buyer bids, caps, and acceptance rates — flagging and chasing issues the same day.
- Negotiating pricing, caps, and payment terms that protect our cash flow.
- Resolving lead-quality and acceptance disputes with data.
- Driving expansion into higher-margin direct relationships.
- Recruiting both buyers and sellers into our marketplace.
- Rigorous CRM tracking of every interaction and next step — no dropped balls.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years in lead-gen buyer/account management, ad sales, or partnership management.
- A solid grasp of lead distribution mechanics: caps, acceptance rates, disposition reporting.
- A strong negotiator who holds margin and terms under pressure.
- Relentless follow-up discipline and clean CRM habits.
- Someone presentable and sharp in client meetings — you represent us.
- Bonus: existing home-services buyer relationships, lead-distribution platform experience.
How you’ll be measured
Buyer revenue, net acceptance rates, new buyers onboarded, margin held, and dormant accounts reactivated.
Why join us
This is a relationship-and-numbers role for someone relentless: you follow up, you hold margin, and you don’t let accounts go quiet.
Director of Pay Per Call
We run a high-volume paid-traffic and lead-generation engine in home services, and we’re launching a pay-per-call business line on top of it. We’re looking for a director who has built a pay-per-call program from scratch — not just managed one — and will own it end to end: publisher and buyer relationships, call tracking and routing, compliance, contracts, and the revenue number. You’ll have an in-house engineering team that ships tracking and integrations fast; your job is to turn that infrastructure and our owned traffic into a scaled, profitable calls business.
What you’ll do
Program Build-Out
- Stand up the pay-per-call program from zero: select and configure the call-tracking platform (Ringba, Call Grid, TrackDrive or similar), numbers, routing, and IVR flows.
- Coordinate pixel placement, postbacks, and tracking setup with our engineering team so every call and conversion is attributed correctly.
- Drive contracts and insertion orders to signature fast — paperwork is the #1 bottleneck in this business, and you treat contract velocity as part of the job.
- Plan the ramp realistically and communicate it honestly: heavy contract and onboarding work up front, then steady scaling toward six-figure monthly revenue.
Publisher & Buyer Network
- Recruit, vet, and onboard call publishers and buyers per vertical — and keep both sides of the network growing so no single partner is a point of failure.
- Negotiate payouts, caps, call-duration terms, and payment terms that protect our margin and cash flow.
- Own ongoing account management, reporting, and payout reconciliation — relationships in this business are long-term and trust-based, and you run them that way.
- Monetize our owned traffic and funnels with call offers, and put unsold and aged leads back to work through call campaigns.
Call Quality & Compliance
- Enforce creative and placement approval on every publisher; pause non-compliant partners immediately.
- Cap and ramp new publishers deliberately while their call quality proves out.
- Monitor call quality, duration, and drop rates daily; resolve disputes with data.
- Manage TCPA risk and state-level restrictions so the program scales without legal exposure.
Revenue Ownership
- Own pay-per-call revenue and margin as your number, reported weekly.
- Hold industry-standard margins while scaling volume — you know what good economics look like per vertical and you defend them.
- Expand into adjacent verticals once the core program is profitable.
What we’re looking for
- You have built a pay-per-call program from scratch — platform selection, contracts, publisher recruitment, buyer onboarding, and scale — ideally in home services or insurance.
- Hands-on fluency with call-tracking platforms (Ringba, Call Grid, TrackDrive or similar), including routing, targets, and postback/pixel setups.
- An existing network of call publishers and buyers you can activate quickly is a major plus.
- Fluency in pay-per-call economics: payout per call, billable-duration thresholds, margin structure, acceptance and quality rates.
- Compliance-first instincts: TCPA awareness, creative approval discipline, and the spine to pause a producing partner who breaks the rules.
- A relationship-driven, transparent operator — you communicate honestly about what’s working and what isn’t, and partners trust you because of it.
- Relentless about follow-up on contracts and onboarding — you chase the paperwork so revenue is never stuck waiting on a signature.
Compensation
- Performance-based compensation tied to the revenue and margin the program produces.
How you’ll be measured
Pay-per-call revenue and margin, speed from signed contract to first revenue, publishers and buyers onboarded and producing, call quality and compliance record, and how predictably the program scales month over month.
Why join us
This is a ground-floor build with the hard parts already solved: we generate the traffic, we own the funnels, and our engineering team ships tracking and integrations in days, not months. You bring the pay-per-call playbook and the relationships; we bring the volume and the tech. If you’ve built this business before and want to build it again with real infrastructure behind you — this is the seat.
